There is no "extra" work involved. There are no flight attendants to brief the pax, and no one else to tidy up the plane after the pax get out. But when you're not flying, you are pretty much free to grab a bite or sit in the crew room and read the paper. Without a cockpit door you sure can't do it enroute!

IND doesn't have a crew room FYI. You have to sit there and get looked at by the passengers. Don't know about SBN/EVV but comair does the ramp at those cities where as F9 does it at IND.

robthree is right about everything, he should be he works there, but from what I understand 9K is looking for permanent Indiana crews, weather it's EVV, SBN or eventually IND.
