It's not a question of being good or bad, they're simply pointing out what should be completely obvious to anyone paying attention to the state of the economy and airline business during the past 3 months.
I mean I could see some senior 190 FO’s for instance get displaced to the Airbus with how bleak the 190’s are looking lately. A few might see a bump just on rates alone.
