I didn’t get the email, but based on the 8 words quoted, seems pretty dramatic. Maybe alpa is playing the lowest common denominator and reminding the people who are making 30-50k a month right now thinking life is grand should know that it’s going to end and it’s going to hurt when it does.

Yes maybe you’re right that they took it and left out the other 500 word of the essay that might put context to the whole email. Just saying, non of my business though.
