Nowhere near enough of a rise in pax load factor to pay for all those shiny new airplanes sitting on the ground. Your CEO is already looking for a way out of the financial mess and Wall Street has already asked him his plan and if that plan is bankruptcy. 30% is a good number to start with just like every other major. I noticed the word beef in your post. I’m gonna get some beef plate ribs and smoke them this weekend. Thinking of using oak or pecan wood. Just salt and pepper as a rub. Probably won’t wrap during the stall either. Some guys do, some guys don’t. I don’t like to wrap it up it makes the bark softer in my opinion. Anywho how are you? I’m good.
