Doesn’t matter what industry you are in. This isn’t a new story. Management works a deal with senior union people to scratch their back, in turn they get the ball rolling. Looking out for #1 is the biggest weakness of any union and management knows how to exploit it. People selected got a deal to initially get it going.The deal:
