Are you talking about 12 months beginning your first day on property or 12 months after you hit the line? 984 seems kinda high if you are including the training cycle. Also, are you talking pay hours or logbook hours. Depending on the work rules, there can be a big difference.
984 from day one of ioe-12months to the day. thats flight time, my credit was way more than 984.
