You will get all 3. In the HR portion they will ask about your background and experience as well as talk about the company. In the technical portion they will go over sectional charts and JEPP chart. The sim eval is in the Mission Fit (the PC-12 FTD) where you will do some flying to include an approach, most of the time it will be a non-precision but occasionally it will be an ILS.
I think they still do new hire interviews using the frasca sim, not mission fit. Mission fit is for avionics and company sops during training.
