But sounds like the airlines may set policies banning pax who board with a mask on and then refuse to wear it in flight. That should mostly solve the problem. "That guy" probably would tend to scare off some other pax from flying.
Soy boys are probably smarter than he is and know getting into a fight on a plane is going to have long lasting ramifications, unlike the non-mask wearer who may now have his return flight canceled because he needed to make a point.
Ban a handful of the non mask wearer’s and publicize it. People will get the point.
