In other words; a “Karen” is a selfish science denier. Kinda sounds like the people that insert themselves into civil society yet don’t play nice with others. Like a person not wearing a mask in a confined metal tube, I.e. an airplane during a pandemic.
No, actually a "Karen" is a moral narcissist like you who believes only they are right and that anybody who interprets data in a different way, who draws a different conclusion based on the available information than you, is not only wrong, they are EVIL and would do damage to society because they are wrong and evil. A moral narcissist will also never admit they might have been wrong when the data proves it and they throw a hissy fit when people don't adhere to their interpretation of what is "correct" behavior. They invoke "science" to shame anyone holding a contrary opinion because they believe themselves to be the sole arbiter of what is true.
The enforcers of moral narcissism are cultural fascists. Abetted by Big Tech, mainstream media, and social justice warriors, cultural fascists will shame, dox, de-platform, de-monetize, shadow ban, threaten, impugn, malign, or slander anyone with the temerity to challenge the "approved" narrative.
Both phenomena are a pox on our culture.
