3. JB can no longer say they have never furloughed/layed off involuntarily. That may have minor implications for pilot furloughs as they no longer need to protect that "talking point". Unless they offer all of them positions elsewhere in the company.
But yes it will save money...
I completely understand points 1/3 but the service sucks. I just hopes this puts the fear of god into the ao/go at our hubs.... cause they are by far the laziest
