My understanding is that the only way to break guarantee is fly off days. Otherwise it’s 60 hours of pay a month rinse and repeat. Is that correct?

My rough math tells me a new hire without working days off would take home out $4800 a month per diem included. Does that sound like it’s in the ball park of reality?
