I can't remember if you are one of the guys that was sent home during new hire training or not. As far as what's happening - everyone that was in a transition or upgrade class that was sent home, or that had one awarded and hadn't gone to training yet, went back to their old position. And their award was cancelled. It's gone. CRJ or ERJ, doesn't matter. They're are back in their old position and need to put a new bid in now. They have been given no consideration for future classes. Future awards will be from a new bid.
There will be several ERJ transition/upgrade classes in August. The company needs to transition CRJ pilots over to the ERJ. We seem to be way overstaffed on the CRJ at this point. I doubt we'll have any CRJ classes for a long time.
