I watched a famous YouTuber mention she got 340-350 hours in a year. I logged 400 in 7 months at mesa. Crash pad roomie at Envoy had 185 hrs in 7 months. Sure you can flow, but 7 years..... idk, don’t plan on waiting to make 80k 7 years... maybe down the road. How’s that “flow” working for those guys right now?

I flew 900 hours in a year at Envoy. You can't compare different airlines when it's all luck and timing, and knowing how to play the game.
How's that "off the street hiring" working for you right now?
