Some portion of people were furloughed in March... we don’t know the number but I’m guessing the fly on the wall in the meeting with Munchkin and Trumpy, the airlines said throw some loot our way or we are furloughing (insert number). I cannot imagine that number as changed very much. Especially when there has not been a single piece of good news about the travel industry.

I wasn’t replying to you about being crass, your original post was respectful. It was someone else.
I still don’t know what what you’re trying to argue with me about. Everything since March has been voluntary thanks to the CARES act. Whether it should’ve passed to bail out the airline employees is a different story, and not a point I tried to argue mate.
If you think still receiving a paycheck while staying home is moderate chop, then you’re in for a rude awakening if the company has to resort to involuntary furloughs mate.
