I did hiring for a time at my 135, and we definitely had an aversion to hiring furloughed airline folks. It makes sense - you want someone to stick around, and with recall rights you can bet that most of them will leave once they get called back. But if a guy was well recommended and could convince us that he’d be around for awhile - we’d do it.
135 and 91k such as NetJets are different worlds (for the most part). I could see some furloughed pilots staying at NetJets.
