"...going back to the airlines" as opposed to "...going to the airlines."? Many of those 91/135 pilots will leave at the first chance as well, though some will also stay.
Every pilot will say what they think you want to hear at the interview. If pilots have a reason to stay they will stay. If they perceive reasons to leave they will leave.
