Again, I think each case will depend on the perceived cost/benefit of each pilot. Let's be honest- many 135 pilots move to 121. I saw some in my new hire class. But that would be a discussion under 135. Fractionals or normally different which is why they have a different section.
NetJets has advantages over the airlines for some people. Those who have seen both sides of the fence may find the "greenness" of the 121 world to have turned a little brown when their recall comes up depending on their situation.
