14K + Pilots means 14K + individual situations. There may be hundreds of reasons why someone over 62 decides not to take this offer. Maybe they live in base and would rather stay on payroll and drop trips. Maybe they enjoy flying. Maybe they need a reason to get out of the house
. Guys will analyze this and do whats best for them and their families which is exactly what they should do.
