What happened to the SWA we all enjoyed using years ago?(and therefore always enjoyed reciprocating when we had the opportunity). No more walking up to the gate to request a jumpseat from a friendly CS agent and now knowing that there are “optics” involved in sitting in an exit row....good to know though as I had no idea and am now wondering if I’ve ever sat in an exit row on SWA(don’t think so but apologies if I have...)
