That being said I can see the dudes who can’t live on less than 100 hours being a little irked.

It scares me that some guys have built lives around working 100+ hours a month when you know you are only guaranteed 70 or 75.
I will happily take a credit cap to save junior pilots jobs. And I thank those senior to me who can afford to help me keep mine as well.
Whatever concessions are in the LOA, our most junior guys can sleep sound for the rest of the summer and fall. To me that is worth concessions with kickbacks.
