Not necessarily. As long as guarantee doesn’t change. You could reduce it and build more lines as long as you still have the ability to add, drop and swap. I would be in favor of this to guarantee no furloughs. Sounds like it goes away the same time as the no furlough clause. Nice work. If that’s actually how it plays out.
