That’s section 23 and contractual. If ALV is adjusted, it will be temporary and in accordance with the LOA. I trust our current union to negotiate the best possible scenario for us. your head of HR put out a video saying the pilots gave concessions in exchange...what will be telling is finding out what they actually are. Everyone has skin in the game, the whole pattern bargaining thing.
