Anyone notice in today’s NN for the VEOP, the NC stated “In the unlikely event that Delta declares bankruptcy during the term of this VEOP...” ALPA isn’t convinced of the dire financials of the company which tells me they would negotiate an ALV reduction if the membership wanted it.
