I for one am glad they told us what they could. No furloughs and no significant changes. They agreed to changes related to bid divisors, reserve periods, credit caps, part-time awards or early retirement incentives. No mention of changes to scope, MMG, rigs, etc. Our VIL’s were a decent deal with 50 hours/month to stay home for three months (85 hours for one month with a week of vacation). I may eat my words when the details are released, but for now, I’m cautiously optimistic.
