A small point he left out of the discussion. Still if he was proactive and told the company in advance he would not accept an extension he should be paid. If he waited until he expired to spring that on them I agree with the CP.
I didn’t “spring that on anyone” gave them dates fo sim, filled out the template. I told them that I was uncomfortable with an extension. He said ok you are now NQ until we get you into a sim, I asked about NQAT he said that is under review.
Glad you agree with the CP about fellow pilots not getting paid. Nice...
