BQ’s message in the FOU dated July 1 mentions the likelihood of issuing WARN notices this month for “furloughs that are effective October 1”.

The fact that they weren’t issued by July 3 bodes well for pilots hired prior to Jan ‘16, since furloughs deeper than that require 90 day notice per the UPA.
