Where is the template showing that we won’t accept an extension? Or where is the language that we are supposed to notify the company that we won’t accept an extension?

From what I have read our requirement is to fill out a template for sim times when we get a pop up.

If the company or individuals want to threaten pilots with no pay that will be addressed.
