According to J. Sprague, SEA departures in Aug are "essentially back to pre-Covid summer projections" and we have two upgrade classes in Sep in the E175. The start of E175 service into Alaska in October is supposed to make room for more Q400 flying. I don't know if or when that will translate into hiring, but it's certainly positive compared to the immense difficulties around the industry. Hopefully the fall dip won't be too severe.
