While I agree Envoy pilot group has had pay and benefits eroded and flowing 20 a month was not worth the cost, it will likely be WAY past the next contract negotiations when Envoy or any other regional has problems with filling seats again. Yes, just like every down turn there will be pilots leave the market, and there will pilots retiring that eventually have to be replaced, but this “market correction” has done a lot to fix the pilot shortage for quite a few years to come.
