Delta Lurker here, to my knowledge the reason DL does not plan to furlough FAs is they are non union and thus have no line guarantee. they can spread the flying around as much as they want, keeping the lower cost FAs on board, and when this is over say they did not furlough any FAs. or their notices could have all gotten lost in the mail
