Sounds like Alaska has the exact same flying demographic as jetblue. You can be with 100 percent certainty that flying to Hawaii for jetblue is a near term reality too. After that would not surprise me to see a summer flight to Anchorage either. I think of all the airlines, this move hurts Alaska the most.
