We have reduced guarantee already in our contract for the purpose of mitigating furloughs. Going through CONTRACTUAL channels to help keep pilots on property is one thing, agreeing to EXTRA-CONTRACTUAL concessions is another and that's where I draw the line. No signing agreements for long term solutions to a (relatively/hopefully) short term problem.
that’s what some people forget. It is in most contracts as a way to mitigate furloughs. So it’s not a concession just part of the contract
