Add all of the numbers up from the countries in that graphic and it doesn't equal HALF of this country's cases...hmmmmmm.

Surgical masks and N95 masks DO NOT have the same purpose. Surgical masks were designed to keep the wearer from spreading contaminants TO OTHERS. N95 masks were designed to protect the wearer from contaminants FROM OTHERS.
