You never had to pay. You never had to use the app. When asked how much I made, I said she didn't have to work right now. It was nice that she could stay home with the kids. Not that she'd never have to work again. I agree that the company should make it work through CCI. Since they never did, I made it work.

This is not true. Though my refund policy has always said I'm not responsible if the company shuts it down, I have still been doing refunds if asked.
