Chances are there are passengers that make more than the pilots. Are you on them for not tipping? Cause it’s the same scenario.
We're not a position that is typically tipped. Same with Flight Attendants.
Van Drivers, are typically tipped, so we tip them. They rely on that money to make ends meet.
