I'm all for saving jobs - but I'm not convinced our management group wouldn't take an ALV reduction and furlough the same number anyway. Haven't we learned that lesson before? I'd want something in the language that'd give us a win if they went ahead with the furlough - not just a snap back to the original ALV, but something we didn't already have before.
