Depends on your employer. When it’s just you and the other pilot, your tipping practices aren’t exactly discreet. For me, $2 is an appropriate tip for a safe ride with little to no curbside waiting. I’ll let them lift my bags if they insist on it, but I’m strong and healthy and not too proud to lift my own stuff. I don’t tip for lifting my things, I tip for punctuality and safe driving.
