But IF the LOA alters the CBA Filling of Vacancies/Displacement language (which the MEC Chair seemed to harp on for half of that video message) we will need to see the language before the publication of the system bid. IF something crazy has developed where we somehow take someone’s deferred CS300 slots accelerating our deliveries and trashing the 190s quicker, again that will have to be displayed in the system bid because those seats will be anticipated staffing within the next 12 months. Either way, no sense in dedicating too much thought to it, we will know when we know. I hear ya. I don't think the MEC would change the language to make it easier for the company to displace. I think a lot of time was spent on displacements in the video because they are likely coming. Not because of the LOA, but because of the general state of airline.
You are correct, all guessing at this point.
