The secret to the DAL EO program is that 7900 pilots are eligible. If our program only allows age 62+ to be eligible, I bet that we only get 600-700 that'll take it. But if we open it up to the kind of eligibility requirements that Delta has, I would guess that 1500 would probably take it. Delta's EO was targeted towards the North guys that have a frozen pension, from what I've been told.
