Only things I can find are the exact opposite.
Every automated email reply I have in the past from swaps and drops says:
ALL open time requests (daily and 48 hour window) may be submitted in one of 3 different ways:
Requests may be sent from the
RF msgs in DECs, the website on MY.ENVOYAIR.com or the Quick Trade App.
But I guess that's not them pushing it's use.
I honestly don't care if it comes back, but to say throughout indoc, training, IOE, upgrade, etc everyone from the company didn't say "just use QuickTrade" is just false.
