You didn't fly with me. Starting around 2017, I told everyone I flew with that this was the best of times and it wouldn't last. It never does.
You make hay while the sun shines and make sure you save a lot for a rainy day. Because in this business, one thing you can count on is some patches of severe turbulence during your career. Aesop's Grasshopper and the Ant's been around for a long time and still holds true today. Aesop's version wasn't too kind to the grasshopper.
