Ummm......Every airline has an FOM that is approved by an FAA POI. Next time you're in the sim or a Fed is in your jumpseat, why don't you try deviating from that federally mandated guide and see how it turns out. Beginning to wonder if you are really a pilot or just an internet troll.
you should go check out the order of priority in the FOM it’s about last. The FOM is a generic guideline.
