Sooooooooo don’t volunteer, and fly my full month is going to save jobs? What on earth kind of logic is that? Are you going to take a partial COLA or Empty line to save jobs?

Had they had a 50 hour like like our peers I bet we’d have a lot more takers than partial month or empty line crap. For all the good that came for the early outs, empty lines and partial month COLA’s are weak attempts to save jobs. If we wanted to save jobs, a 50 hour month leave would have had a significant impact vs working half the month for less than 40 hours of credit.
