Yeah, they are trying because it can be difficult to tell exactly what the cause of death is. If someone is Covid positive, but has other underlying health conditions as well, it can be difficult. There is no way to get it 100% right, so really all you can do is try. Make sense? Or do we need to continue with semantics here
