Some pilots paychecks will be reduced, but with that comes additional days off.
In addition, hundreds of pilots will keep getting paychecks (and medical benefits, 401k contributions, etc...) that would otherwise be on the street on October 1st.
It is the very definition of “Working less, not working for less”
