Its a 5% paycut, so I don’t think there will be a large number of A320 guys willing to try it out just to learn something different. Combine that with the fact that there’s zero information so far what the schedules will initially look like on the A220 fleet, or where your seniority might lie. If you’re junior you might think the risk is worth it. Someone senior and already making me more money on the A320, might not think that risk is worth it....and again it’s a small paycut if you hold the same seat. Just my guess.
