They might be wrong but that's definitely what the management guy said at recurrent last week. That any guys over 60 would have to check out on the panel before being allowed to go on to another seat. Question was brought up what if they intentionally try to fail the S/O course to speed things up and his answer was they they would be done. For what it's worth.
