Yup, I’d say you are right on the money, and the actual qualifications of those who get hired at a regional will be significantly higher than the last few years until at the very least the majors start hiring at a steady pace again. Regionals will drain the ATP 121 time candidate pool initially then 135 folk and keep moving backwards from there to your bare mins guys over time.

CPT programs are expensive, no way they will keep running those if they don’t have to so we have probably seen an end to airline paid CPT for awhile.
