I came from a regional with a very toxic relationship with management. I was one of those guys that would do the bare minimum while at work to get the job done and would have never gone the extra mile unless it benefitted me or my crew.
When I was hired at Delta I was glad that I was at a company that valued the hard work I do and was glad I could put all that anger at management behind me and be able to do what I could for the benefit of the company.
With being one of the potential furloughs and seeing how JL, RG and even Ed have behaved themselves during this that goodwill I had lasted all of 10 months.
It's going to be a long 25 years at this place I guess.
