I'm currently at about 650TT. CFI/CFII, 550+PIC, 80hrs instrument. Seems I meet most of the requirements posted in their FO listing. Would it be worth me applying at 750 hours or should I wait until 1,000 or so to look more competitive. Hate to break it to you but the reality is that guys like you and me are stuck being CFI's for the foreseeable future. Could be worse, imagine getting a regional class date and leaving your old CFI job just to have COVID go down and now you have 1,500hr and nobody to fly for.
